Debbie Cook, PA-C has worked in the field of orthopaedics for 20 years. She received her B.S. degree in Sports Medicine from Pepperdine University in 1994 and her M.S. degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine/Arizona School of Health Sciences in 1999. Her focus for the last seven years has been on joint replacement, mainly that of the hip and knee joints. She joined the Joint Replacement Institute in July 2006. In her free time, Debbie enjoys running, spinning and playing tennis.

Farid Moshirbahram, PA-C has been a Physician Assistant for 10 years and has worked in orthopaedics for the last seven years. Farid began working at the Joint Replacement Institute after the transition to St. Vincent Medical Center in 2007. He graduated from California State University, Northridge in Engineering in 1991 and continued his post graduate studies at Charles R. Drew/UCLA School of Medicine where he obtained his graduate degree in 1997. He has been a California resident for the last 31 years and fully enjoys the south land weather and culture. Farid enjoys golf, traveling and spending time with his wife and two children.

Pang Lam, RN has been a registered nurse specializing in orthopaedic surgery for the past 11 years. Pang began working at the Joint Replacement Institute after the transition to St. Vincent Medical Center in 2007. He plays a key role in coordinating the logistics of the operating room and contributing to the efficiency of all our surgeries. Prior to joining JRI, he worked with the Arthritis Institute at Hollywood Presbyterian Medical Center and Centinela Hospital Medical Center. In his free time, Pang enjoys bicycling and snowboarding.
